I'm not convinced that it is fake. I think they are saying it's fake even though it is real. I cannot tell where one photo would begin and another one would end - it looks completely seamless to me, and the shadows match perfectly, indicating that the light source is consistent throughout the photo. If it is a fake, it is absolutely the best one I've seen, but until someone shows me the photo of the model from the bottom with a different head, I will not be convinced. If it's from a known porno site, then that photo should be available.

I think it would be an interesting publicity stunt to take a photo that is real and then claim that it is a fake.
