one of my childhood habits

I was speaking to my mum yesterday and she said to me "remember when you were a kid you use to fiddle, fidget & pick your navel all day long".
I have an 'outie' and I do remember that it was a long lasting habit. Even when I wore a shirt (which wasn't too often) I would have my hand stuck up it or in between the buttons feeling or plucking at my belly button.

I have a straight mate that has a worse habit though. He plays with his crotch (in public also) and I think he doesn't even know he's doing it. I've known him since he was a kid and now he's 27 and is still doing it.

I do the "Al Bundy." For those of you not familia with the TV show "Married With Children", the main character Al Bundy would sit on the sofa with his hand down the waist band of his pants. I have that habit. Not all the way inside the pants, just slid into the waist band.

I used to chew the inside of my mouth a lot. Sometimes I still catch myself doing it, but I don't do it as much as I did when I was a kid.

Man, I used to sit in class beside a kid that used to do that and every time it grossed me out to no end. Now, I've always been the quiet shy type that never said much to anybody. But one day, in class, during a test, he started doing that shit again. Yeah, okay, I could have looked away and most times I did because every time I saw him 'going for the gold' I felt like I was gonna puke because I knew what he was gonna do with it. But this one day in particular I kind of snapped. I was tired of that shit from him and I took one of my notebooks and reached over and whacked him pretty hard on the head with it and said, "Stop it! That's so fucking gross!"

MY ass got sent to the principal's office over that, but I didn't care. Because ya know what? He never did it in class again, lol.
