How many of you wear cologne or a fragrance other than your daily grooming products?
And what is your cologne of choice?
I use it almost every day.
Usually use Christian Dior's Farenheit or Emporio Armarni Night...
Often....Right now Ralph Lauren Black is my favorite
For me . . . never. I guess I did it with my friends in high school, but I never really liked the fragrances. I think I might be allergic to several of them in fact. Besides, using it everyday seems a bit primpy to me..
All in all, I really do like a guy who smells clean and just like himself.
I absolutely LOVE Farenheit - it ranks among my top 3 perfumes.
I am 'so gay' when it comes to cologne/perfumes/fragrances, but I think it's got to do less with being gay for me because olfactory pleasure (or displeasure) is extremely important to me. I can get turned on just by the way a guy smells, without even looking at him (and still be attracted even if he turns out not to be my type (I don't wanna say ugly cos that's such a relative term). Don't get me wrong, I also love the natural smell of a man. For me, a nice fragrance is the, well, dangling carrot (before the real dangling carrot)
So, given the above, I have quite a collection, of which I am very proud:
L'eau D'Issey - Issey Miyake
Le Male - Jean-Paul Gaulthier
Lalique (Year 2000): one of those ltd editions with the Lalique decoration of the year - so beautiful
Black - Bulgari
Dune, Farenheit - Christian Dior
Pi - Givenchy
Pleasures for men - Estee Lauder
Acqua di Gio - Armani
Channel - Allure
Polo - Ralph Lauren
Anyway, I sound like a catalogue now...lots more, but my
All time favourite (I know no everyone likes it as it's very dominant): AMEN - Thierry Mugler
I like wearing cologne. I use Chanel Allure during the summer and Burberry Brit in the winter.
I always wear it. I have been using Paradigm lately
I am a regular cologne user! I have a lot some of my favs include:
Le Male -- Jean Paul Gaultier
Emporio Armani -- Armani
Vintage -- John Varvatos
In Motion -- Hugo Boss

i used to POOF on stuff everyday when i was younger, but in my early thirties the natural smell of man became much more appealing to me, so i stopped wearing cover-ups.
plus, if you're the cheating type, how do you cover up that fragrance that is not yours when you get home?
natural baby....let those phermones roar!!!

davidoff echo or ck summer
I usually wear cologne, but never too much! I use:

John Varvatos

Although I love fragrances, I got to admit, I'm very picky. I prefer soft, mellow clean, barely there scents. I have a sensitive nose and I don't like very strong, overpowering scentsso I tend to wear unisex scents like ck one and creed. I even like jovan white musk. I know this one is targeted for women but I think it's has a clean fresh unisex kind of smell. what do you guys think?
I usually wear Tommy Hillfigure - but have to wait till my bro in law goes out, i ran out of mine.
I wear cologne most days.
CK1 or Eau Savage by Christian Dior (I've worn the latter since high school!).
I don't like heavy scents, but there is nothing more pleasing to me that smelling my boyfriend after a fresh shower and cologne.
i usually wear, only cause my axe body wash isnt that great. but im either wearing fierce from AnF or black from ralph. both are suttle not too over powering

Armani Emporio. Or Habit Rouge if I can find it. After trying dozens of colognes, Armani is the best for me. I never fail to get a compliment when I wear it. You have to find the one that works best with your body chemistry. Not all colognes are for everyone. I know...I used to sell them in college. What smells great on one person may smell AWFUL on someone else. Don't buy labels. Buy what works best for you.
I was just thinking yesterday, a guy came into the cafe, and his cologne was so strong, and lingered after he was gone. So i was thinking, in the past it used to be little old ladies who wore strong perfume, and lingering scent, now, I'm noticing its mostly the guys who do this.
I put it on rarely and even then only a small amount.
Definately don't wear it at work because that's a no-no. It can bother people.
I think I MAY have used it once or twice in my life. :/
I love wearing cologne. I get very attracted to other men wearing really nice cologne too, but sometimes I catch a whiff of a really nice smell and look to see who might be there and it turns out it's my own cologne I can smell- disappointing in one way and yet reassuring that at least I'm not giving off deathly pongs.
I'm a bit of a shopaholic only when it comes to cologne: 1 or 2 just aren't enough, and I love trying out new ones even though I've got bottles of the stuff. Does anyone know if it goes off at all?
Some of my favourite ones unfortunately are now being discountinued- Joop's "What about Adam" and "Rush" by Gucci (which I REALLY liked) for example.
Other favourites are:
Tommy
Pi
Joop Homme
Ultraviolet
Safari.
One I have just bought which is really nice is Black XS by paco rabanne- but the gorgeous model on the packaging (Will Chalker) * swoon* probably has something to do with that: the first and only time I have been seduced by the advertising- I'm normally extremely well disciplined about things like that!
Hugo by Hugo Boss for day time![]()
Miracle Homme by lancome for night out![]()

Never, and I don't care for smelling the annoying stuff on another guy, either.
Either Angel Men or Gaultier2

I wear it. Only small amounts once a day in the morning.
I never had to cope with being gay, the people around me had to cope with it.
I wear a little everyday now that I've found something I like (I can't stand most cologne). I use Eau de Beaux from l"Occitane. It smells like cypress.
"I wear an aftershave called Semprini."

I use it sometimes, but I am allergic to the stronger stuff...
I love 'tommy'![]()
Everyone once in a while, I use Bvlgari.
Daily,
I NEVER did before this year.
Its called Silver Mountain Water and it's by a french house called Creed.
I love it and always get 'god you smell so good' so I guess im not the only one who likes it.
I love cologne....I'm still using Calvin Klein Eternity Summer.....Almost time for a switch...
I am a daily wearer of cologne. Right now I am transferring from the summer scents to the fall and winter scents...
Angel Men
Vera Wang
Truth by Calvin Klein

I look up from my vermouth on the rocks, a gift wrapped wig still in the box of towering velveteen.
It was cool when I was in college, but I dislike all of it now. There is nothing worse than opening a door to find the cologne of the former opener on your hand.
I gave up wearing cologne a long time ago. I really don't know why. I never piled it on so that I got nasty comments or anything. And unless some guy splashes a gallon on himself, I'm not really turned off by cologne. But I gradually just used it less and less, and then I just stopped. I still have bottles that are ancient now.
I like Paul Sebastian.
Use lighter colognes in the summer and heavier ones in the winter. IE: citrus colognes are more for the summer.
Old Spice Deodorant + Ax for me.
I wear cologne when I can remember to put it on. Usually I am in such a hurry theat I forget to.
"Nice dress. Take it off."
I wear cologne! I like Cartier, Armani Black, Zirh, A&F Fierce, Calvin Klein Crave, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Zegna, Issey Miaki and Creed - Himalaya.
