i am half filipino...and from what i know most pinoy boys are on the small side...(6-inches or less)... Pinoy guys who are more endowed usually are mixed...i am speaking from personal experience... I'm circumcised this way hehe. The doctor makes a vertical incision on your forskin on top of the head and sorta peels it open kinda like a banana hehe. No excess skin is removed. After it heals, you can still actually pull the forskin back around your head. But if your not doing anything with it, the head remains exposed and the loose forskin is "bunched up" on the underside of your penis.

Strange but I'm sure it works real well. It means that they don't take out the foreskin and you still have the sensibility on your dick's head. Why they don't do that here?
