Can't quite tell what kind of bird that is, but it looks like it might be another dark-eyed junco.

I went to the restaurant around the corner Tuesday for a cheeseburger club. They did not put cheese on it, and it was dripping with cheap restaurant mayo. Last night I complained to the owner and ordered a clam plate. Told him I want them almost raw and not overdone. He said ok. I got fried clams that were burned and crispy. I complained to him and said that is how they cook them.
I walked out and told him I won't be back. He lost a good customer and I had sent several people to him.

Paul, that's too bad about the restaurant. Seemed like the new owners should have done a lot better. :(
I know they were busy, but I asked him to cook them almost rare when I ordered and not to overcook them.
