What does a yellow ribbon wrapped around a moved thread mean. The "Heaven on Earth" thread has such but when trying to access the thread I'm denied.

It doesn't mean anything more than that the thread was moved ;)
Then why am I being denied permission to view the page?
Because it has been moved to a location that you can't access.
