Technically there is one. You could always use the report post to ask the mods about something related to that post. And I guess if you wanted to take the time you could report every post of quoted images. But then when would you have time to make your great fakes. I'm finding the best thing you can do is just let it go. Do your best and if something is serious enough report it, otherwise pretend it isn't there. I used to put the worst offenders on my ignore list just so I didn't have to see it, but that is part of why I had over 200 idiots on ignore. But hey, that did clean up the threads.
