First of all, I can't understand why females would be here in Just Us Boys.
I've been quizzing some of the people here who describe themselves as 'female' about their love of emasculated boy bands.
And then I realised perhaps they're going through the transition process.
JUB asks 'What's your sexual orientation?' in the profile page, so there's no chance for those people to be specific about who they are.

Some women that post here do so because they enjoy it: enjoy talking about queer/gay stuff, enjoy the company of gay guys, enjoy the banter, I assume those are similar reasons to why many of us men post. As far as I know we've only had one transgender poster on here (I'm sure there have been more). I really like that we have some women posting, and while I can see that it could be viewed as slightly odd given the name of the website that they choose to post here, there motivations are not really my business or even particularly interesting to me. I'd love to see more women and trans-folk posting.

I'm one of those who has been very pleased to see women here, and if anything I feel rather sad that nearly all of them have left. I don't feel any more "weird" about women (or transgendered, etc.) being here, than I feel about the car in front of me (stopped at the traffic light on East Jackson Street near the Walmart) being a Ford instead of a GM.
I have also known at least two guys who were absolutely straight, who preferred the company and social traits of gay guys to those of straight, in most situations. Nothing wrong with that. Is that any different, after all, than most of my best social times are around straight guys? (This is pure statistics at work, nothing else - there simply are a lot more straight guys out there. Socially I have no preference either way.)

I recall being offended that some female posters found certain avatars off-putting because they contained giant cum-dripping penises. I try to keep in perspective that not all male members go for that either, but I couldn't shake the feeling their reaction was coming from a different place, where as in most of society, it is still acceptable to shame and revile a man's dick.
And I am annoyed by the nonsense of third-wave feminism sometimes being spewed here, but frankly it makes a change from talking about racism all the time, and debunking a concept in one subject area is sometimes helpful in debunking the same concept in the other. See "privilege." And "male privilege." And "white privilege." Etc.
But apart from that one ugly incident I mentioned above, where really this site is here to celebrate the beauty and wonder of maleness including hard pulsing spurting dripping facial-spewing erect dicks, I'm just happy to have more people here who do generally appreciate gayness.
And I think it is great to build bridges between women and bi guys here. Bi guys are certainly welcome; a lot of them have a hard time finding women who won't freak out with the honest answers they're actually entitled to hear. Maybe JUB can help educate women or at least preach to the choir.
As far as transgender posters, I don't get your objection. FTM are interested in maleness. How does that take away from the atmosphere here? That's a person born female who relates so much to maleness that he wants to experience it personally. And MTFs are no more threatening to me than women who were born female. I do think that transgender people are at risk from having their natural bodies medicalized by a transgender industry. And I'd love to see more transgender people accept intermediate gender identities. Or unique gender identities. Or at least not be shoehorned into "male" vs. "female" when we've made so many advances in breaking down those walls. But that concern of mine shouldn't affect their place here. If anywhere, where else would this discussion occur?
I'm glad we all like masculinity, and the masculine path to intimacy, male or female, bi, trans, straight, gay....
