Hot damn! I wish I had the balls to rock a hawk like that.

Are you looking for a more natural colour to dye it, or something extreme? I can't say for sure what natural colour would look good (I'd say a dark ash blonde), but I'm a huge fan of electric blue when it comes to unnatural hair colours, so I'd say go with that. A really intense purple would be cool too!

In high school, I dyed my hair just about every colour except pink and orange. A pink, orange and gold trio would look pretty wild.

Everyone thought purple suited me well. I'm leaning towards something like that. My hair is a dark brown, but with the slightest coppery touches, so I've also been thinking of something metallic to show it up.

Yes, I have been working out more. I've been working out for some years, but I stepped up my efforts this past year. I let a lot of other stuff go around here, and spent a lot more time, hiking, jogging, and cycling this past summer. I even bought a new mountain bike for trail riding. I've been working on more weight bearing exercises this fall, and winter too. Maybe it has paid off...
