Male Celebs turning 18 in 2012

The celebrities listed below turn 18 during the course of 2012 and are the ones most likely to be of interest in this forum. ;)

May I remind everyone that any photos taken of them before they are 18 may NOT be posted or used in the creation of fakes after they turn 18.

Fakes - I recommend that anyone posting fakes of these celebrities, also post (or provide a link to) the source facial image. In the event of there being any doubt about the age of the facial image used, the fake will be removed.

Please feel free to add other celebrities to this list if you feel they may be relevant to the Celeb Forum.

You mistunderstand me. Though I was vague as well. I was speaking more in general about underage celebs.

There are plenty of non porn fakes out there. Shirtless pics, etc. There has always been a gray area as to what constitutes porn and what does not.

But in our case it doesn't matter what constitutes porn - it's about if they're over 18 or not. :)

That was a consideration when I started the thread, but the intention is to make a pre-emptive strike to avoid members arguing about when these people are 18. It also means that members can't plead ignorance should they post an image before someone is 18 - and therefore I can wave my massive Mod wand with full force! ;)

The best thing about Bieber - and it was the same with the Sprouse brothers - is that he still has a very adolescent looking face. People creating fakes will HAVE to provide the source for the facial image, and people posting any ordinary images had better do their research on WHEN the image was taken. There will be no 'I didn't realise' excuses. This will probably mean that there won't be the volume of Bieber images as we are fearing..... hopefully! :)

You guys are rather hateful of Bieber, aren't you? Aside from his persona, I think he's a handsome guy.

I hope that when these guys turn 18, that people will not whine and complain about them. Some "righteous" people just go on and on. If they are 18 and the pictures can be verified as them being 18, so be it.

A useful list, thank you quasar. I'm sure someone will find other boys to add to the list. Like him or not, Bieber is already widely faked on other sites - which luckily are still up! Some sites risk faking JTA, who is maturing nicely. My only interest in the Olympics here in the UK is Tom Daley; he's a sweet boy!

Yeah and people will put em on their blogs anyways :P. Honestly....once you are 18 imo its a freedom of speech issue. Just make sure to put a disclaimer on your site saying that you have no knowledge of the celebrities or their sexuality and you should be covered from any slander lawsuits....which is really the only claim a celeb has.

There is something I don't quite understand. There are many pictures of JBieber at 16 or 17 shirtless and/or barefoot in mainstream teen magazines you can buy off any magazine rack. No one considers that porn. Is it the fact that this is a porn site change things in the writing of federal laws? Is it a legal issue?

It just gets messy I imagine....because of the sites porn I think the assumption is made that any pic of an underage celeb is probably posted for the primary purpose of sexual satisfaction (which is probably mostly true). Porn has always had a general definition of "I know it when I see it" (set up by the supreme court) which make defining what is and isn't porn on a porn site rather messy.

Understandably JUB has decided to simply avoid the issue all together and ban underage content.

That pretty much sums it up. There is no legal requirement that limits JUB allowing non-pornographic images of minors, it is simply the case that we have chosen to not permit them. By doing this, there is no arguing about whether an image is innocent or pornographic, we can simply delete it knowing it is of a minor. Equally, it is not illegal to write about underage sex, but again we have chosen to draw a line and say that any graphic stories must involve adults.

In the case of Bieber for instance, we have the same issue as the Sprouse brothers in so far as he still has a very young face, and we have to be careful that any fakes do not appear to be of a minor. If there is any doubt that a facial image used to make a fake is under 18, the image will be deleted - no discussion.

This is why with some of these young looking celebrities it is wise to research an image before spending time on a fake that may ultimately be deleted.
