I don't give a fuck whether they're "breeders" or not. They look like they're putting out a quality product. Gay porn could learn a thing or two from just that trailer.

I - O! Thanks bud! Hope ya can make it to our next chat on cam4!
Zane - Austin. You rule, period... end of story. Thanks for being real, and just thank you for being you. PS - Its Frank! Oh and you made the ladies night last night, they cannot wait for "the premium men" to be on again. Seriously though, you can tell when people are genuine, and the real deal. You guys are a class act. See yah in the Dirty Jerz at some point!
Wow, there's nothing trolls won't stoop to, is there?
And just for a point of random fact, I know a little boy who exists because condoms have failure modes other than breakage. His daddy didn't intend to father him, but is delighted that he has a child now, and is an EXCELLENT father, and the little boy is an absolute delight (and, of course, a terror, now that he's walking).
Austin and/or Zane, congratulations! Best wishes for the health of mother and child, and get your sleep now...after the kid is born you won't be getting any!
Bright, bright blessings!
Really enjoyed the last one, looking forward to another chat. and I think there is a donation, or "tip" feature on cam4, so we can shoot some pennies your way :)
Also, We'll all try and ignore the bad apple PC. don't let him get you down. He clearly just delights at needling others.
Can't wait for the site to be up. I keep going back to the trailer, pausing it to catch all the yummy goodness quick-cut inside.
..|Thank you quasar. Maybe PC will learn, but I doubt it.
Austin and Zane you guys are sooo hot. Especially Austin...He looks really cute in those screencaps (I also missed the chat, had to go out :( ). I really like his...armpits lol. Don't know why.
I did watch the camshow, and I know there was talk/advice about good free places online to advertise, which I hope you pursue. I have some advice on the flip side.
>> Contact the three main gay torrent sites (I didn't know if I should post their names/links) and ask them to not allow your scenes to be uploaded at first. Don't get abusive or legalistic with them the way some sites have (including the old SCM), just ask politely and explain that if the content goes out to everyone for free, you won't get the business off the ground to make more scenes. I have observed that the administrators seem willing to enforce a delay of 2-6 months before content can be uploaded.
I know some of my fellow gays may squawk at this limit, but I want you guys to succeed. We all I bet have downloaded free porn, but snipping from an established business is functionally different from doing it to a start-up, even if morally the same.
And all three sites have forums in which those of us who are AZ devotees (we need to come up with a cool name) can spread the word about how great you are. Maybe even you make one scene or an extended teaser available for upload, so that people can see a bit and then go join.
Just my two cents as I was on the forum of one of those sites. Opinions to the contrary anybody?
Now for naming. Some first attempts:
The last two are my faves
Great suggestions geekguy - how about combining your fav's and get AuZaniacs?
Possibly Auzniacs ? (awz-nee-ax)
AZaniacs, AuZaniacs.... either way, we're glad to have ya on board! Just an update, talking to a new straight guy that wants to audition and he's already considering 'crossing the line' and doing more intense work. Oh and he looks like he just got out of HS. Things are really starting to fall into place, every late night/early morning looks like its really gonna please a lot of people! We have something special in store for the next video chat to hold ya over until the site launches... details later! -AZ
^Can't wait for the next videochat. I'll make sure I don't miss it, hope there's some action between you guys.
I think I should be hired for the casting process of this website. ;D
I guess this thread and Pique's deserved ouster make this as good as place as any to say something that's been puzzling me for a long time. I really believe that I think much more like a typical straight guy than like a gay. It might be why I wonder about the attitude that's so prevalent on these boards.
It seems that everybody assumes that a gay4pay guy is taking advantage of us gays. I think the opposite. We are taking advantage of him. He's being degraded in HIS eyes(not ours) and in the eyes of the "straight world" by being brought to the point where, in order to make a living, he has to abandon his principles of what is ok and what isn't. I must say, I don't feel that he is doing something wrong, but he appears as though he is to str8s.
My opinion is that, to think that we gays are being degraded is (wait for the cliche that I hate) "self-loathing".
What do you guys think?
I generally dislike absolutes when it comes to sexuality, whether it is being promoted by gays or str8s, at G4P guys. I'm sure you are right that many str8 guys look down on A-Z, and maybe PC's problem on the thread was that he felt he was being condescended to.
BUT, I think what makes Austin and Zane so enjoyable to watch and interact with is they don't seem to feel taken advantage of, degraded, or that they are abandoning their principles. They seem at home in their bodies, sexually adventurous, and get a bit of exhibitionist pleasure from others watching them.
Only they can answer for sure, but I would feel saddened if they are doing their website only out of desperation, a feeling that they have to do something very distasteful to themselves in order to get money. While I'm under no illusions that they think gay sex is the coolest thing ever, they certainly seem comfortable enough with it to convince us watching. That is their "hook."
If I could just interject slightly. PC's temporary holiday wasn't because of his views - we need people to have differing opinions to make life interesting - it was simply down to the mis-use of epithets and the way he was putting across his views. The whole point of the message boards is that we can all discuss numerous topics (which we may not agree with) in a safe and respectful environment. :)
These men will be performing sexual acts which ostensibly don't turn them on for money, which is to say that it will be a job for them and nothing more. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I don't enjoy a lot of things about my job, but I do it.
The first one is tricky because when I first started working in the industry, the entire gay4pay market was entirely confusing to me. I would read things on forums saying how horrible our videos were and how nobody got hard and what a waste of money the old site was, etc. I couldn't figure out why gay guys would pay straight guys to have sex and then be disappointed in the performance because they weren't into the other guys. A lot of the comments were so harsh that it really left a bad taste in my mouth in regards to our members. In a way, I thought maybe these 'bitchy queens' as the old boss referred to them, were just jealous because we were making a living doing what they would do for free any day of the week. Keep in mind, that we were pretty blocked off from having any fan interaction, so I was basing my judgment off of what I had read.
Over the course of my employment at the old site, we had chance run-ins with fans on the strip and we had an opportunity to get to personally know some of our gay fans and start to understand what our work meant to them. (One night on the strip, Austin and I were actually approached by scouts for SeanCody and told us how much more money we could make working for them, SC even tried adding us on our personal MySpaces to get us to leave SCM.) But the point I am trying to make is that Austin and I both came from relatively small towns, (mine was actually called a village) and so when we came to Vegas, atleast for me, it was a bit of a culture shock. At all three of my jobs that I've had in Vegas, my bosses were gay. I learned very quickly that gay people weren't exactly what MTV and the rest of the mainstream media portrayed. A lot of them were a lot like us and we'd shoot-the-shit with them for hours. Ask some of our fans like Frank and Rich how much we enjoy talking to them on the phone for way too long hahahaha. As we met more and more of our fans, it became more apparent to us that our fans didn't just like us because of the sex we had on film, that they really just appreciated who we were as people as well- something that I think our fans and the entire gay community deserve in return. So, while I can see where someone might feel that Gay4pays take advantage of or exploit the gay community, thats just not the case with us. Now that we are on our own and have complete control creatively, we are having a blast creating a place for ya'll to get your rocks off. It's almost like a challenge for us to get it just right.
As far as us feeling like we are doing something wrong morally, to say that never crossed our mind would be a flat out lie. There was a lot of hesitation at first when the gay4pay idea was proposed to me, I often wondered what my parents would think if they found out or how some of my crazy religious friends would react. I thought that if anyone from home saw it, they would immediately think I was gay. I was single at the time and wondered how am I ever gonna find a girl that is even remotely okay with this (I got lucky :D). And in fact a lot of the members even blogged that I had to be gay. There have been plenty of times where I just wanted to say fuck it and get out. When the old company was moving to Kentucky, a small part of me was pretty comfortable with the idea of never going gay-porn again, I could go back to being normal Jared, go back to school, just settling down.
I started talking with some fans on the blogs to let them know how we were doing and the love and support they showed us just kept pouring in. It was a little overwhelming and almost unanimous- the fans wanted more and would support a new site venture. We talked it over for a few weeks and finally decided that if we did indeed start a site of our own, we would dedicate it to our loyal fans and we wouldn’t half-ass it- we were ALL IN. I knew that if we really wanted it to have a successful run, we had to up the intensity level which meant I was finally going to bottom- a bunch of times. What once seemed like a 'moral-burden' to us, is now an exciting mission to make the most worthy product on the market. We stopped worrying what others would think if they found out and decided if they weren't supportive, then those aren't the types of people we want in our lives anyways. We know we can't and won't do this forever but for the time being, I feel pretty lucky getting to work with my best friend on a daily basis and we are getting a chance to meet so many great people in the process.
On a side note, we know we are unfortunately going to have to deal with people like Pique on a regular basis, that's just the nature of the beast. However, as I write this on MLKJ day, it still frustrates me that we still have people today that live and breathe animosity as if it adds anything positive to anything at all. I am assuming you are a member of the gay community which has fought long and hard for peace and equality. The mere fact that your name is PiqueChampion (definition of pique: to affect with sharp irritation and resentment, esp. by some wound to pride) makes me believe that you are a very sad, lonely, 'available' person who celebrates bringing down others. I must have missed the PSA in school where they said only the wealthy could fall in love and 'breed'. And for someone who got all upset and assumed my girlfriend was a homophobe, it sure does seem a little hypocritical to assume that precautions weren't taken to prevent pregnancy.
So this is what I have to say to you and anyone else that wants to come to this thread and be disrespectful towards us or our fans/friends: Regardless of what pathetic words you write here, WE ARE STILL GOING FULL STEAM AHEAD AND CREATING THE BEST SITE WE CAN. Nothing, I repeat, NOTHING you say will hinder us in anyway, you are merely a small ant and we, along with our fans are a GIANT bulldozer, you won't slow us down at all.
Zane, I think it's important to realize that I am not in any way referring to YOUR site in my post. I now nothing about it. Also, I am not talking about the reality of the situation. Instead, I am talking purely of PERCEPTION.
So well written Zane... I can attest that there is nothing but truth and honesty behind your words. Almost all the members here have the utmost repsect for you and Austin. Such a bright future ahead for you guys... When you come out to Jersey I'll make sure to keep Snookie away from you both, haha.
Zane, if you intend to look on gay blogs and message boards for feedback, you need to be careful with how to take the things you read. You see, we (meaning us gays) tend to be snarky and cynical - which is kinda understandable when you consider all the bullshit that's thrown our way on a daily basis, but many people cross the line.
I'm not against cynicism - on the contrary, on small doses it can be healthy and entertaining. But there's a difference between snark and aggression, and when you have grudges stored up from earlier injustice and discrimination, you tend to turn a bit mean. That, I think, is the case of PiqueChampion and a lot of gay people (and others) commenting on the internet.
Look at Towleroad.com if you have the chance and see what I'm talking about. It's an amazing blog with gay news, mostly related to politics, but it has THE WORST commenters this side of YouTube. It's either people taking small things out of proportion and ranting about how it "offends" them, or reactionaries cursing the "bitchy queens" and going on and on about how gay people are ridiculous, frivolous, etc. - as if they weren't a part of that group. And I didn't even mention the trolls!
It's clear to anyone who's paying attention that you guys are genuine. But it's not everyone that will take the time to know what they're talking about, some people will see "gay 4 pay" and jump to the worst conclusions. In those cases, maybe you should make an effort to just ignore them. If they really cross the line, report them or talk to a moderator. Just don't take it personally.
And about the moral aspect of what you're doing: the only important thing is that you guys feel OK doing it and have fun. There are situations where straight guys try to find an audience with gay people while providing barely any content they enjoy and endulging on pathetic double standards (*cof*Cody*cof*Cummings*cof*), but for most people, seeing two guys having unwilling awkward sex? Not hot.
Now about the name of that guy, I think he might be referring to Gerard Pique, a Spanish football player. I might be wrong though.
But anyways, hope to see a lot more of you two (and Brett who is such a hottie) in the future.
That was a great post, Jared. Nothing in it was exactly a surprise, except how clearly you articulated it...and that shouldn't have surprised me!
That was a great, thoughtful post. I think that is why we are so happy you guys are doing a site; you aren't just money-whoring, you actually desire and cultivate an honest and intense relationship with your fans. I know that is what attracts me to you guys. You're cute, but cute only goes so far. It is your personality, your friendship, your willingness to talk to fans about all sorts of stuff, that is the reason we love you guys. As for any bitchy gays and ignorant straights, don't let them harsh your mellow.
Now let's steer this thread back to happy times! I finally joined your Facebook page and got to see those great "artful" shots of you and the other guys, all skin and shadow. the best compliment I can give is DROOL-WORTHY!! The photographer is very skilled.
I loved the preview vid, Zane. Can't wait for the site. I loved the gooey facial scene you were in. I've been waiting for a scene like that on your old site, glad to see it finally happened.
Details for next live webcam chat are as follows.
Date/Time: Wednesday (tomorrow) 6pm Pacific Time
*We're going to be using BOTH Stickam.com and cam4.com simultaneously. We will have a private chat room on Stickam so we can chat with our loyal fans but we will be using cam4 for video so we are more free to get a little crazy. I've been told that cam4 gets overrun with thousands of people, so the private chat on Stickam is just for you guys. I will post the room and password on here tomorrow 1 hour before the show, hope to see ya there!
PS- sorry if I lost my cool in a few previous posts, just don't like somebody being disrespectful towards us or our fans ;)
damn sounds like I am going to miss another one (or at least a few hours of one if it goes late again). If at all possible in the future could you have one of these chats a little later or on a weekend as I'd love to join in on one.
Torrent piracy takes a cut out of all porn producers profits, but it happens, and happens alot. The morality of that is for another thread, but at issue here is its impact on a fledgling website. I want AustinZane to be mucho-successful, so I wanted to raise the issue with them so they could take steps to mitigate the problem. I'm no lawyer, so nothing I say is legal advice, just observational advice.
@AustinZane: I'll be in touch over the next couple of days with some more in depth information, suggestions and advice.
Show starts in 1 hour.
Stickam Private Chat: Room name, AustinZane, password chatwithAZ
cam4.com: Chat room name AustinZane
*due to the high use of cam4, we urge you to use Stickam to chat with us and cam4 to watch... confusing but we want our fans to have first dibs before the rest of the world on cam4.com
See ya soon!
69 is hot.
 missed another one
^^ you missed a really good show. I'm normally not too sure I want to watch two self-professed str8 guys mess around but these guys are good. They had fun (and did a good variety of hot stuff). They're friendly with everyone. I enjoyed watching. They kissed, sucked each other off, did a 69, fucked, drank a beer, and did stuff in the shower. What more could you ask for? Thanks guys.
Best quote of the show: Question from viewer: "If you are straight why do you do this?" Answer (Zane): "It's a hobby." ;)
sigh please please please say you will do another cam thing but on a weekend... damn you work schedule
Thanks to everyone that came out for the cam4/Stickam chat, the turnout was INZANE!!! Waaaaaay more than we expected! We'll try and figure out a different time to change it up a bit, but usually we reserve our weekends for our girlfriends- I think we can work something out tho ;) Stay tuned!
