I'm ok with Damian, but I'm still pulling for Samuel. I can't stand Alex.
The clip - which has attracted more than 55,000 hits on the video-sharing site - features the soldiers performing a rendition of 'Don't Stop Believing' from the E4 show.
The light-hearted video begins with servicemen bobbing up and down in the shower and also features two of the men singing lyrics down the phone to each other.
One user commented: "Love this. Nice to see that you guys can still have fun. Keep safe. You are all doing a brilliant job keeping us all safe."

To those that get confused about military uniforms and assume that every vid is about American troops, this vid involves British troops. :-)
Gibbo at 1.09 looks like Davey Wavey
That was great! :D It's cool to see they're not so full of themselves that they can't have fun and cut loose.
Gesh...they are all so young....why are we letting them risk their lives? :(
Not enough shirtless troop scene close-up
Cute, but I like the 'Say a Little Prayer' one more!;)
Great to know they can still have fun.
My son says the greatest challenge in Afghanistan is boredom; it also makes troops less fine tuned after long deployments there.
I asked him when I'll see him in one of these videos and he said that "after I get discharged."
The couldn't do the skit to the original?
It had to come from that aural holocaust of a show Glee? fml
I saw the movie. iT WASN'T BAD. VERY GLEE.
Well both Damian and Samuel will have a 9 Episode Arc. Seems kind of weird...how are they going to write them off?And the other two, Alex and the girl will have a 2 episode arc. I just hope they don't bring anyone else in. Glad that Damian won.
The final four are all winners, kind of? Kind of cheapens the win.
I was actually happy Samuel & Damian won first place. Both are stunning. I had not seen the Glee Project until the last day when they had a marathon and then the final show. Good way to see it really! I actually liked the Glee Project better then the show itself.
Loved Damian from the start. Samuel at first I thought "oh great, just another Indi guy" but grew to love him very fast.
Also head over heels about Cameron. Just something about him I find so amazing. I love his voice. Different then the rest although they ALL have excellent voices. Cameron for being 21 is SO sheltered. He seems socially to be like a 15 year old. I would bet anything he has never been laid or even had a blow job. In fact if a simple kiss messed with his head so much, I would bet he has never jacked off because of his inner demons of going to hell if he does. I would love to have the chance to help him get in touch with himself!
I felt sorry for Matheus. That boy has a stunning voice but he let his insecurity get the best of him.
Even though I am 100% gay, like many here I hated Alex too!
Damian seems to be sporting a decent bulge. And with his success back in Ireland, somebody has to know just what kind of a stud he is. Let us know!!! The boy has friggin amazing eyes too!
I think the biggest problem is gonna be how they will mesh with the current cast. Since the Warblers are no more (at least not in season 3), they need a fill-in for a rival group and I wouldn't put it past Murphy to make the "new" glee kids fill that role and have Blaine be their ringleader or something.
I pray that the plot isn't as bad as Season 2 but I get the feeling it will be even worse.
So I watched the season opener and I really don't think I will make through the end of season. The only saving grace of the show, the actual singing, is barely tolerable now. The autotune on a "singing" show is just horrible (listen to Darren's song).
I'd really love to see Mercedes and Tina get more solos. My favorite song is still "True Colors."
I feel like Mercedes and her boyfriend are going to go the same route as Tina and Mike: every joke they make (or comment) will have something to do with their ethnicity. (Cocoa babies? I did laugh, but it's going to get tiring.) The Tina/Mike jokes were funny at first, but it feels like that's all they do is make some Asian joke or quip.
well i am sad to say i am done with glee completely after tonight. No sam.. santana off the team more rachel, kurt and blaine broadway shows and the announcement that they arent going to do theme episodes.. well fuck that noise
Well, I don't think Darren doesn't not look hot in tight shirts. XD
But, ehh, I didn't keep up much with the second season and I plan on keeping up with this one. I am actually glad trout-lips is gone! I never liked him and thank goodness he's outta here. Santana is, obviously, only gone for a bit. And Quinn's story seems interesting....
Anyways, I thought the first episode was good. Not amazing, but it was a decent start and we'll see how it goes.
Though I do admit the Kurt and Blaine scenes can be kind of "blah". >.> But not too horrible. Some good scenes have been done.
First episode was ok, not great. Won't be downloading any of these songs. I have to say I am getting a little tired of these dumb storylines. Every season it is about trying to recruit, get to nationals, stay true to yourself, etc.
My husband Blaine did ok tonight. The outfits were horrible. Just noticed last night that both Blaine and Kurt always button up their shirt the whole way. Just nerdy looking.
The first episode was OK for me. I am disappointed that Sam was not around.
I think Blaine (Darren) is simply amazing and he is gorgeous but he has pretty much trumped the show I would love for Mercedes and Tina to have more screen time and where is Karofsky it would be nice to have an episode with him coming to terms with himself maybe even confiding in Blaine but the show has lost a lot of momentum from the first season they need to go back to what made Glee, Glee and I hated that project glee crap such an uber waste of time IMO
I hate Blaine...Ryan Murphy must be in love with Darren because for some reason he gives him all this screen time and importance he doesn't deserve while kicking off my beloved Sam :(.
This episode was nice, not awesome but nice.
What I liked:
-Becky throwing a slushie to Rachel and giggling, freaking funny!!
-The last song was so cool.
What I disliked:
-Kurt's songs are still boring.
That's all I can remember right now.
I wonder if they are going to give Blaine a solo in every episode again and push more of the original cast to the background.
They really need to get some writers who can get control over the show and its sub-plots. Characters like Sue have become totally out of control and at this point she would be in jail not teaching.
I liked this premier, it wasn't extra-ordinary, but it was a good season starter (I couldn't help but notice that Finn had no impact in this episode, and I couldn't be happier)
Blaine is made of the finnest win, his clothes in this episode was made of sex, and Not Unusual gave me boners.
That said, his transfered WAS forced... but I prefer this done quick and fast, rather than having the storyline be dragged through 10+ episodes.
As much as I love Jane Lynch, Sue is now a one-trick pony. Any sort of development she had like in the Willy Wonka episode is just gone completely. It's sad when the most developed character on the show is Emma.Quote:
A Mary Sue in literary criticism and particularly in fanfiction, is a fictional character with overly idealized and hackneyed mannerisms, lacking noteworthy flaws, and primarily functioning as a wish-fulfillment fantasy for the author or reader. It is generally accepted as a character whose positive aspects overwhelm their other traits until they become one-dimensional.
What do you think of Glee debuting to an all time low ratings this week? With all the hype surrounding it? People getting a little sick and tired of glee already?
I watched the movie when it came out this summer, I was the ONLY person in a town of half a million population in that cinema. They had to cancel it after only a week.
I do hate how they spoiled the next episode in the teaser. Britney will win class president and further drag Kurt down into the abyss after being upstaged by Blaine. I sincerely hope that Murphy didn't whore himself out for a Coldplay song (Fix You was played during the teaser) and in turn is forced to write a musical for Gwyneth. We know Martin is heavily protective of Coldplay's music for public play.
Is it just me or is Darren Criss more slender this season? He seemed bulkier last year, although perhaps that's because he was always wearing that school blazer.
I know they are trying to show more of who the character's are this season and create rounded out personalities for everyone, but all of a sudden Quinn and Puck care about being in the life of their baby, and Quinn wants custody...they didn't talk about the baby when she was pregnant and all of a sudden it's the most important thing ever to both of them?!
and PLEASSSSSSSEEEE can we have an episode with no Kurt, Rachel or Finn PLLEEEEASSSSEE!!!
^^ Name of the guy is Grant Gustin. He is a cutie! Supposed to come on the 5th episode.
Is anyone else annoyed by the storylines? Quinn wanting her baby back? What crap...and how are you going to support the baby?
