Alright, so I'm going to move to a huge city soon, and I'm going to be pretty hard up for cash. I was thinking about trying my hand at stripping for a little extra cash.
Does anyone on here have experience stripping? Did you like it? Did you make a lot of money?
I've heard it pays well, and I like to show off my body anyway. It sounds fun.
Any thoughts?

Ok, LOL Buttons was big when I was at the height of my 'career' and well I made in one night 100,000 US. Many big spenders were there that night.

Hmmm. I have a bud who stripped for about 6 weeks and figured he made about $200-300 a night on average (US). Talking to him since I've actually become quite curious in doing that (stripping) myself, but not sure about it... Sounds like fun, though. (and yes, I have a handful of CHEESY pics in my profile).
Me, like you, AresIncarnate, I'll moving to a much larger city in the next month myself, and figure stripping would be a fun way to make some extra cash. I wouldn't do it because I need the money, I'd do it more for fun IF I were to seriously consider it. I certainly don't have the typical "gay male stripper" body, but it's maybe something to possibly look into.
Like a number of other responders to this post, posting a picture or two of yourself would probably get you a better response as to whether or not stripping would be a good choice for you. ;-)

Hm...gee, never thought of strippering. I don't think I'd have the body for it though. Well, that and I tend to be pretty shy, so doubt I'd manage it. But geeze, that's a lot of money. Could pay off my student loans and finance my education majorly...but, again, don't think I have the body or personality for it. ^_^
Make sure you pick a club where you can go as far as you're willing to go without being concerned with "being caught" by the manager...whether that means getting hard, being touched or stroked, or having a guy suck you off in a private room...you should be able to do as much as you're comfortable with, or you won't enjoy your job...On the flip side, don't take a job in a club where you feel pressured to do more than you're willing to do....You sound very comfortable with the whole "stripping thing"...now, it's up to you to make sure you can be comfortable with your employer...whether it's stripping or any other job, that's the key to being happy with your job...

One of my friends did it in college. He was a rugby player, he is 44 now and still in great shape.( he has a real nice dick, saw it at the gym one time) He said he made 200-300 nite 20 years ago... People could easily find out your past so be prepared for that. My buddy said he preferred parties to clubs. Less people grabbing at you. Dont do it if you have to get fucked up to go on stage... lots of strippers end up strung out because they have to take the edge off
I know this old, and what not, but I highly suggest that any male stripper should only strip at gay male clubs.
I'd say that choice would depend on the motivations of the stripper in question. Dancing at gay clubs is the more lucrative choice, but guys wanting a party atmosphere and more vocal appreciation of their bodies would do better at women's clubs. And, of course, the stripper's own orientation might play a role if he intends to meet people for after-hours fun.
^ Naw, when it comes to stripping women prefer female strippers over male strippers.They are less creepy,and aggressive, and their gayness don't scare women off.Plus women are cheap.AS HELL.
