Biscuits/cookies - for a non-American all rather confusing! We have cookies too, but we call them, er, cookies! hehehe. In the past when watching American tv shows or movies and someone referred to biscuits and gravy I used to be totally mystified because I associated biscuits with what we have and couldn't imagine eating them with gravy, not even the simplest most basic sort.

aint that greasy crap from the chains....we lost our only 2 real pizza places a few years ago.
High end gourmet and not enough people could afford it anymore.
