Week One seems to be like the prologue to a novel. Nothing's happened yet that you'd notice.
Still though, some things got done:
- 3 bike rides
- half the alcohol of a typical week
- a lot more active doing yard work
- home-made lunches instead of food court
- and no second helpings of anything.
That's kind of what I was hoping for in my first week. Soon I'll be biking to work, and that's how I'll do it without screwing up my whole schedule. Mr. Bankside is joining in for
Yes, well I'm now embarking on a return to fitness so I figure a bit of on-line accountability shouldn't hurt. Here's my story:
So, I started out skinny. As in 6'2" and 136 pounds. (188 cm and 62 kg). Too thin for my liking, or for my doctor's liking, and with a bit of swimming and going to the gym I put on some healthy weight.
