disassociating very bad right now
so yesterday there was a fight at my workplace with 2 employees arguing with each other.
i stepped in and asked the instigator to stop escalating the argument but he decided to keep fighting with another employee anyways.
ever since the fight ive found myself feeling very disconnected.
when i returned to work today and had to work with this person again i found it traumatizing. i couldn't pay attention to anything while he was there.
i know i am dissociated right now and just spent 5 minutes crying.
im hoping tomorrow will be better.
