I'd just stick with pure water when it comes to ass fucking. It can get very messy if you're doing it in bed because the ice melts. I prefer to keep the end of the condom open so the water doesn't get retained within the condom. If the condom is sealed or closed with a knot, the water inside can melt the condom faster and the lack of flexibility for the ice to move could break the thing. This can hurt because most of the lube would be on the condom and not on the ice itself.
