View Full Version : Sucking or Handjob While the Person is ASLEEP!

Can this really happen? I've read and seen some videos on sites that someone sucks or gives another person a handjob without them waking up. How can you get hard and cum without waking up? I'm sort of thinking the person is awake but pretends to sleep and doesn't do anything cause they like it. I could understand if someone is drunk but some people said the other person just fell asleep when they did it. Is it really possible? When some one rubs my shoulder I wake up. How can you sleep through someone rubbing or sucking your dick without waking up?

I don't believe it either. As for the videos, we all know that they're made to play upon our fantasies and the "sleeper" is lying there fully awake (but with eyes closed) enjoying a gr8 blow job or hand job.

I think the only way it can truly happen is if the person is drugged or just blind drunk - in which case it becomes a sexual assault/rape.

First of all, I don't think most people would not eventually wake up if someone was fooling around with them in their sleep. Second of all, that's sexual assault.

I often have sex in my sleep and have no recollection of it the next day. Sometimes I wake up during, sometimes I don't. Apparently I am even hornier than normal when I'm asleep, lol.

I don't imagine that it's a common thing, but it does happen.

I've seen that lots of times, too... I think it's just a gay fantasy... If you can't have someone while they're awake (or conscious) then get them while they're asleep (or unconscious)...

I saw a video once where someone actually climbed on top of the sleeping guy and fucked himself on the guy's erect dick... It was hot for awhile, but then became a little silly... The bed and mattress was bouncing around, squeaking like crazy, and the sleeping guy was snoring away... (yeah, right...)

I'm a light sleeper. When the cat jumps on my bed in the middle of the night, it awakens me... If anyone touched me, let alone touched my cock, I'd awaken with a start...

This did happen to me, I woke up with my dick gettting sucked, pretended not to wake up, shot my load and went back to sleep. I don't think I could ever have slept through the whole thing, no matter how wasted I was.

There is a very small percentage of the population that sleep extremely soundly, you can't wake them up. Had a friend who got a call in the middle of the night, some family emergency, and I tried to wake him. Shook him, called his name, slapped him, pulled him from bed and stood him up only for him to collapse. I never did wake him up. So yeah for him I think you could have jerked him off without him waking, but most people you can't.

Student allegedly taped assault

MOORHEAD, Minn. - A Concordia College freshman from Montana has been accused of sexually assaulting a sleeping male student while recording the incident on videotape.

Larry Lance Carlton, 19, of Peerless, Mont., appeared in Clay County District Court on Monday, where he was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to court records, an 18-year-old male student told police he borrowed a videotape from Carlton, which he thought was a recording of a festival on the Moorhead campus.

The tape instead showed the student sleeping while Carlton assaulted him. The student is heard snoring on the tape and did not wake up, court records said.

Investigators said Carlton has confessed to the assault. They say he told police he was curious about his sexuality and was experimenting on the student.

Carlton was jailed on $20,000 bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 9.

Carlton is majoring in theater arts and music, university officials said.

Does anyone know how this turned out?

Yeah, men get hard during REM Sleep (http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/1518.html) ... having an orgasm is a different thing entirely. Those videos you see around are for the most part staged I'd venture. ;)

Yeah, but think back to the wet dreams stage growing up....

Judging from 'the evidence' (ahem) waking up the next morning, I had
some intense orgasms without waking up at all.

So, maybe it's possible. But, not very likely.

It can happen. My ex-bf from years ago was a really sound sleeper. The boy could not wake up easily. Of course, that led to fun times. I once propped his head on a pillow and then opened his mouth with my fingers (because teeth hurt) and started to face-fuck him. It wasn't the same as a decent blow job, but it was hot. The next morning, he woke up and told me he had dreams of choking and I giggled and told him what I did. I did stuff like that all the time to him.

Another ex-bf was somewhat of a sound sleeper. I definitely could suck on him as much as I wanted. The tricky part was fucking him without waking him. I had to go very slowly and oftentimes, he did wake up (usually just rolled over and went back to sleep).

With a former fuckbuddy of mine, I once climbed on top of him while he was asleep. He might have woken up, but he never mentioned anything about it. It took a lot of patience and slow movements and there was no heavy banging.

I have a different dilemma - I sometimes end up having sex while I'm asleep. One time, a guy came to visit a friend's place where I was sleeping on the couch (we were going to watch a meteor shower and invited him over, but it got too late). He came in the door and walked over to me. In a lucid, but asleep state, I reached up and kissed him and we started to mess around. By the time we were on the floor, I "woke" up and realized what I was doing. It was bizarre because I liked the guy, but had no intention of having sex with him. It got tiring because I really wanted to go back to bed and not have sex, but instead ended up asking, "Are you close?" every few seconds so I could hurry it up. I eventually just gave up, apologized and went to sleep.

Stuff like this happens all the time. Usually when I sleep over at my best friend's house in his bed. In the middle of the night, I start to feel him up and though I know it's kind of gross (he's my best friend after all), I keep on until I finally "wake". At that point, I roll over and go back to bed. (Yes, he tolerates it. We laugh about it because it's so odd. Another friend who's experienced this with me calls me Mr. Octopus.)

no, it can happen, I got sucked off, while sleeping, and I wasnt drunk or drugged, and I have also sucked off a couple of different guys while they were sleeping..

as far as the drugged/drunk thing goes, usually if someone is so drunk to the point of being passed out, their cocks usually arent too awake either, yes I know this from experience-- do I consider it rape/assult? no not in the least bit.

rape/assult to me, is penetration---getting your cock sucked is just plain pleasure! besides have you ever been woken up by a hot mouth on your cock in the middle of the night? man its a wonderful feeling...

If the sleeper is straight, then no doubt they pretend to continue sleeping. I'm sure they are fully aware another guy is sucking them off but dont know how to deal with it. So they let it happen and pretend they had no knowledge of it.

Never went to that area of being so lucky to suck off another guy I was sleeping with, but sometimes, when the bodies bumped into one another, and the hands roamed, one could feel what one had hoped for.

Handjobs? No.. scared that the other person would wake up and beat the hell out of me.

Ive been given a handjob, by 2 girls when asleep before. They video'd it on one of their phones aswell to prove it. I thought it was funny as fuck.
Woke up afterwards, which was odd, instead of during it..

As a corollary to a recently revived thread (http://justusboys.com/forum/showthread.php?t=73917), I revive this scenario from my college days (something we constantly debated about but that never actually happened):

You are sleeping in a dorm room or a frat house*. You awake pleasantly to find that you are being sucked off in a wonderful manner and are just about to shoot into the person's mouth. It's the best head you've ever gotten, and your current state of reverie only intensifies the pleasure. The kicker is that the person is entirely under the covers and you don't know who it is.

Once you've gotten your jollies, how do you react?
1. Do you shoot and then fall pleasantly back to sleep--in wonderful bliss, relaxed, but never knowing who the gifted cocksucker was or even whether it had been at all real?
2. Do you find out who the mystery admirer is--hoping to get this head on a regular basis but also taking the risk that this will be a person you find revolting--maybe even someone of the opposite** gender?

*The gist is that you feel comfortable and safe but wouldn't be surprised if someone was able to make it into your room. Moreover, if someone did break into your room, you wouldn't have an immediate suspicion as to who it was.
**Of course, back in the day, the ultimate fear was that it was a person of the same gender. Now that I think about it, one guy always said he would never try to figure out who it was--perhaps he was inviting me to suck him off. Perhaps I was not only closeted than but also stupid.

That's painful, but even worse in Washington (and I think now in many many places) he'd have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, and the goodtime on a sex crime in Washington state in only 10-15%.

my thoughts exactly.

I don't see the appeal of it at all.

If someone doesn't consent to it then it's sexual assault/rape.

Yeah we all see hot guys who we want but can't have but getting someone drunk until they pass out or feeling them up and having sex with them while they're asleep that's just wrong.

It's one thing if it's a partner and you're both into it and you're allowed to do it; but doing it to someone who doesn't give consent or who doesn't want it is disgusting.

Why not just find a guy that actually wants to have sex with you?

In th U,K,

Rape has been redefined from the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (amended in 1976 and 1994) to read:

"A person (A) commits an offence if-
(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis,
(b) B does not consent to the penetration, and
(c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents."

A new offence of assault by penetration is defined as penetration with any object to the anus or vagina.

Sexual assault (1) A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a) he intentionally touches another person (B),
(b) the touching is sexual,
(c) B does not consent to the touching, and
(d) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.

No It can't happen. I had a roommate that was infactuated with me. After he caught me not asleep one earlier morning while he was giving me head. He stopped suddenly, and looked up and he caught me watching him. He stood up and said, "Sorry, but your pants were undone." After a few days we spoke about the situation. He told me that he had helped himself to my cock a few times when I was past out when we were living together. I didn't know of those 2 times that he had been in my pants. He move out and I move to a near by town. I had a girlfriend where my old roommate lived and I used to sleep on his sofa. At this time I was still unaware of the time when I was past out and he had helped him self to my cock. The first night I stayed at his house and on his sofa, I had just fallen asleep and I wasn't aware until my cock was hard and in his mouth. I thought, Oh. what the hell as long as he thinks I am asleep and it felt great, I'd let him go for it. I looked forward to each weekend knowing I wasn't going to get any action from my girlfriend, but I knew that I would get my rocks off at my friends house pretentding to be asleep. This went on for months, until he caught me watching him. After that no more BJ's or hand jobs. God I would just explode in his hands or better in his mouth and to listen to hear him choke on my cock. So you are right, no a guy can not be asleep when you are getting a hand job or a BJ and climax.

It's possible to get an erection while you sleep; according to psychologists during REM sleep men tend to get erections while woman's vagina moistens up. However, I don’t believe someone wouldn’t wake up while getting a blow job.

Your right it is an act of rape or violation. But if you lay there and are enjoying it then you have given your consent for it to happen. If not you get up and kick the shit out of the SOB.

As for homophobes, the definition of that is you are afraid of that you deep desire but are afraid of exploring it. In the Kenzie research he found that rating men on a scale of 1 to 5 , 1 being totally straight and 5 being totally gay, most men fell in the middle of 3 or 4. Men are naturally promiscuous. Most men given the right place and time will have sex with the same sex. Dr. Ruth studies shows that 83% of men from the ages of 13 to 53 will have a homosexual experience. As for pedophiles that is a different issue.

As for my self when my friend violated me. I was 20 years old and at that age your are hard all time. Men have a minimum of three erections per night. The first time he got into my shorts at first I though what the heck, it felt good so I let him have at it. Now I am married and have 3 kids. Still to this day when I am having sex with my wife I fantasize about the times he was blowing me. It was some of the most exciting sex I ever had. ..|

Just here to clear everything up... About the erections, during REM sleep you get an erection and it lasts a little while. It is IMPOSSIBLE for you to be fully asleep and get erected without being in REM sleep, it just isn't possible. So if you start to play with your friend's dick and he gets hard, he's awake so gtfo. I have done this at a sleep over..I have done it like twice or so.. I was at a sleep over and I woke up during the night and really wanted to suck my friend or give him a handjob or w/e. So anyways I crawled near the couch he was on and he was in his boxers. After about 30 minutes of his motionless he rolled to his side and I got a chance to suck his dick. Wasn't long before he ejaculated. I then gave him a handjob and he ejaculated a little more. He was motionless, no movement, no nothin. (Btw I'm straight, I was really curious though.) As long as your not like 18 and doin it, its not 'gay'...

*Warning* Not everyone is a heavy sleeper..

Its a great experience if you have ever done it.

-Tips before you do this-
*The heartbeat should stay normal during the WHOLE thing..If it speeds up, most likely this person is awake.

*If there is any movements like the person is awake or waking, quickly duck or hide for a minute or so.

*If the penis gets hard while your playing with it, this person IS awake.*

*Stay away from the person's lips, the lips are the most sensitive thing on the human body and almost always results in the other person waking.

*Try not to touch his arm or stomach, or leg, ect.

And to the people who say this is sexual assault, depending on the age its just considered curious.

Hope this helps, Peace!

Well, you know, in some cases it can be considered rape! Most of the videos you see online are faked. You can blatantly see the 'victim' moving or opening his eyes. On one, I actually saw the guy open his eyes, scratch his face and then act as if he was still asleep!

Uh, what do you mean some cases? In any case it's rape, unless you happen to get lucky and have the person wake up and not give a shit that you just sexually assaulted them.

I'm really disturbed by some of the responses in this thread. There's nothing funny about invading someone's body without their consent.

I heard of a case when man's wife was on medication and would sleep heavily. While she was asleep, he would anally rape her and videotape it.

She wondered why she would always wake up sore and found the video tapes.

The dude went to jail. So it's possible

Althought I'm straight..I still love to feel my friend's dick, or suck it. He sleeps in just his underwear so its quite easy to suck him. He's a very heavy sleeper and thats great! I suck him like 2 or 3 times and he doesn't even wake up. I would never turn gay over him though. I just get a thrill from sitting close next to him with his dick out and its almost completely dark, my hearts racing, and he's sound asleep. I would do anything if he could suck my dick once, I just want to know what it feels like. While I suck his dick I enjoy the moment but after I masturbate or have an orgasm, it changes and I start thinking about other things besides him and his dick. If he did wake up one day to me sucking him, he wouldn't be too mad..We are great friends and we have been friends for like 4 or 5 years. I enjoyed my experience..*|**|*

I think the only way it can truly happen is if the person is drugged or just blind drunk - in which case it becomes a sexual assault/rape.

Ditto.

Preforming a sexual act on someone without their consent is just plain WRONG...and illegal.

Going down or slipping it in your partner on the other hand, can be quite hot...and a good way to start their day. (Or stop them from snoring!) :sex:

...rape/assault to me, is penetration---

Hogwash ...if there is NO consent then it is assault end of story

Ever heard of consent?

Exactly

There is a reason that there is two definitions.

In New South Wales waning someone or sucking someone whilst they were asleep and did not give consent the person would probably be charged with indecent assault because no anal or vaginal penetration occured. But I am not a lwayer so can not categorically state that is the case.

Ditto.

Preforming a sexual act on someone without their consent is just plain WRONG...and illegal.

It has been interesting to read some of the responses.

I have two comments to make.

I totally agree that touching anyone in a sexual manner without the consent of the other party is sexual assault. Quite simply anyone who is asleep cannot give consent.

I know that once I am asleep that is it. I am one of the worlds worse people for waking up. My mother once said that I could sleep through a earthquake or bomb blast.

I once woke up to find a friend of mine was humping me in his sleep. I just moved further away and when he woke up I asked him if he had a sex dream. He asked how I knew and I told him that I woke up to him humping. Did I class that as assault, no I did not because a) he was in his PJs; B) it was soo obvious he was asleep.

he then woke up and realised but he went along with it, then we started to have anal, omg it was great! me and him now do it every weekend. ;)*|*

Well. It would depend who for me. If it was a boyfriend, or a friend with benefits. It'll be okay, I wouldn't mind. They already have my permission. >_>.

I did wake up once, to this friend with benefits. He was a really good friend. He came to my home early, my parents let him in, knowing I'd wake up in a few hours. So he'd just sit in my room watching tv until I wake up.

This one day, I don't know why. He locked my door after my parents were gone for aobut a half an hour, I guess to make sure. He stripped down and crawled under my bed blankets and managed to get my clothes off. I'm a very, very heavy sleeper.

I woke up to a good friend rubbing his body against mine. ^^. One of the most pleasant wake ups ever.

According to him, he successfully got me to cum while sleeping once. Not sure if it is true or not. But I have had wet dreams before. My friends call me nuts, but I can go weeks, to over a month without masturbating. Hell, I've been hospitalized in an ICU for a month. No privacy. xP.

And my mind can quickly change. ><'.

But, if it is a person, I'm okay with actually having sex with, they may do what they want to me while sleeping as long as it doesn't physically harm me. xP. And its between me and them. XP.

Otherwise, hell no.

I Most can Most definitely say with much certainty that it is possible to give a guy a handjob while sleeping... Basically because I've done it a couple times...

I know, I know... It's shameful, and as it's been mentioned, illegal.. but you know, the rush of all of it makes you forget about the consequences that you're taking.

One time, I had a friend sleep over at our house because the power was out at his house. Of course, having done it before to a couple others, I had to try to feel him up in his sleep... So we went to bed sleeping on sofas in the living room, and after about an hour, he got to the point where he was sleeping pretty heavily.

So I snuck over to his side of the living room, crouching behind his couch, he was fully clothed, wearing jeans and a sweatshirt... So then, I kind of sat up behind the couch to see what the situation was. He was laying on his back with his legs kind of spread out a little bit, just enough to give me full access to where I needed to get.

Basically I found where his dick was and I kind of shifted it around to the side, so that i could get to it through his pocket... I played with it a little bit, getting it hard then basically stroking it as if he wasn't wearing jeans, because of the way i had positioned his dick... Long story short, I jerked his dick for what seemed like an eternity, and eventually he came in his pocket, still asleep, and unaware of what was going on..

Eventually he started to move around a little bit after it all went down, but he never woke up, and he kept the same breathing pattern and everything through the whole thing, even snoring a little bit...

I guess I feel like I have to share my story just so people know that it can happen, and honestly, i really don't think he was that much of a heavy sleeper to begin with, so i can't really blame it on the fact that he was a really heavy sleeper, because he wasn't...

well actually u can do this my (gay) boyfriend wears boxers to sleep and i noticed once when he was standing across the room how big the hole was his dick was hanging out and this was a long time ago back when i was 13 so 7 years ago and i could see his little cock..... well that made me horny so im like lets go watcha movie or go to bed so we went to bed and i waited there for his breathing to slow and him to snore and then he was... i whispered his name a few times "hey are u awake" and no answer so i shone a light in his eyes real fast to see if he was awake. nothing..... i went to move the blanket off of him and he moved so i laid back down. he took the blackets off of him because he was too hot and was sleeping on his back(dick facing up) and he was asleep... i went and shone a light at his boxers and they were a lil tight because he was sleeping on them some and i could see a little bit of his cock and his balls hanging out so i touched them jently and then i touched his dick head, ugh i got sooo hard but then i oull up his boxers a bit more and his dick was out alot so i bent over and licked it for a few mins trying to get it hard.... nothing, then i full on sucked it and sucked and it got soo hard i thought he was gonna wake up and then it got all sweet and warm and that made my pants alot more happy so i had to jerk it and after i licked up all of his cum so he didnt remember anything i jerked myself off i shot all over my chest and some on my chin, that was the best bj and jerking off i ever had

A long long time ago in a land far away.....................

Actually when I seventeen or so one of my buddies(straight) stayed over and we slept in my bed at opposite ends. Being a perv I groped him during the night and felt his hard on so I lowered the front of his tighty whities and sucked on his cock. After about 2 minutes he cam in my mouth with some involuntary hip thrusts. It was the first time I had cum in my mouth and not wanting to make a commotion to go spit it out I did the next best thing and just swallowed. He played along and just rolled over. We never spoke of it but I still get hard thinking about it.

Of course now that is my favorite way to wake up a bed partner!!!!!!:D

Hey if there's a relationship of consent, then have at it!

Just being "care free" friends doesn't mean that laws don't apply. If prior consent is not given, and the person is asleep, consent is not given nor implied. THAT is sexual assault.

Indeed, man, this kind of thing can happen between close and bonded friends. with two of my closest ones we'd kind of regularly jerk, suck or rub each other when sleeping together for years, and it also happened incidentaly with a couple of others. I believe it come up from getting in some kind of rather subconscious mood that makes one more sensitive to such closeness and somehow all that familiarity with eacch other ends up simply flowing naturally. Sometimes it would happen, sometimes it would not, it comes to what the body and comfort end up deciding without quite letting you know. I mostly remember just bits of it and I can't really call it "being awake", speech is even incredibly rare.

Anyways I find it hard to believe that it can easily happen without such familiarity between the bodies

Dedrick

Some of the things I've read in this thread rubbed me the wrong way... I guess I simply have a high respect for other peoples boundaries and bodies.

There is also a difference between a fantasy and reality. I'm not knocking anyone's sexual fantasies. The difference between a fantasy and reality is that reality has consequences and other people's feelings are involved.

Hell, I've been in situations where guys wanted me to watch them masturbate over their webcam and I refused because I knew they were drunk. I've also intervened in situations in which friends who were drunk were about to do something I thought they'd regret if they were sober.

Maybe I'm a moral scold and party killer, whatever. I don't really care. I don't like taking advantage of people, and don't like seeing it happen either. I nearly threw up in my mouth a little at the story of some girls boyfriend masturbating his friend who had passed out drunk at some party while other people watched and laughed.

The only thing I can think regarding that is, "He has shit for friends. They are definitely not people I'd ever want to associate with; I hope he ditched their asses and pressed charges." If I were there I would have physically intervened if necessary, and called the cops if I had too. Especially if the guy was my friend... I could never live with the guilt of watching a friend sexually assaulted and humiliated for other peoples jollies and do nothing.

I guess I'm just not like a lot of other people. Oh well. I'd rather be me.

If you work a 3rd-Shift job and your partner/Fuck Bud works 1st shift there's a strong chance that your Bud can touch any part of your body including stroking your Dick without you ever knowing it...People that work 3rd Shift tend to be "harder sleepers" during the day...

I can sleep through terrible Thunder/Wind storms (including Tropical storms that we get on rare occasions) and you can come into my room, move around and I'll never know it...If I havent gotten proper sleep my body goes into hibernation..My body will wake me up when I need to take a piss and then i'm knocked-out again until I've had enough sleep.....

I also talk in my Sleep and there's no point in bothering me or even trying to wake me up.....I am truly in another world when you hear me talking in my sleep...

So it is very possible to fool around with someone physically when they are knocked out...Some of us sleep very hard and can hear and feel almost nothing..

I don't find sexual assault funny. Not in the context of this thread, where it's being talked about openly as if it's some ordinary everyday thing. If the horror of what ozguy confessed wasn't as serious, perhaps I'd find more humor in your joke. But I don't see this as the place, simply because every joke made about it quietly states that this isn't a serious matter.

I'm actually really upset that you and others found more time to make jokes about this than be legitimately angry. Do you really think its acceptable to molest family members when they are vulnerable? I don't see doing this to an adult any more noble than molesting a child. Sure, more damage is done to the child, but when it comes to the intent of the molester, it's all the same.

So no, this dude is not "chilling out."

I'm almost positive I would wake up if someone was sucking my cock while I was asleep.

Personally, I wouldn't mind, but not a complete stranger. If it was my boyfriend, or a close friend who I've done things like that before with, I have no complaints. Now if someone I didn't know crawled into my bed and did that, you best believe I wouldn't be happy.

The idea of a friend or boyfriend doing it actually is a turn on to me.

So we're going back into 7 year threads now?

Complete and total sexual assault. I don't care how you put it. Many psychologists have labeled that as oral rape. Digusting. You have the potential to go to prison. Is that worth it ?

Octopus.)

T.

Completely and totally disturbing. What you are saying is that you can't be trusted while a person is sleeping. Horrific.

Not just psychologists -- several states do; either that or "oral sodomy", a term I find confusing.

Someone posted a story on another forum. This girl claimed that her straight boyfriend messed with a drunk passed out buddy at a party as a joke. He massaged his friend's dick till it got hard then made him cum in front of everyone. Apparently, everyone got a good laugh about it.

This is the one that disturbs me the most. Not only is it sexual assault, but it's sexual humiliation as well. :grrr:

I think I see this as a serious gender double standard. I don't think anyone would disagree that it wasn't sexual assault or rape if it were a girl sleeping / passed out, and someone (either guy or girl) started to play with her clit and labia.

IMO, this is a major problem when it comes to sexual assault of boys and men. I recall a story several years ago that was posted on another forum; a guy had a rash in his groin region and so he went to the doctor. The doctor went to examine him, and apparently during the examination he got an erection (not uncommon as every guy should know when someone is playing with your dick). The doctor apparently took this as a sign or something and decided to try and give the guy head - and the guy freaked out and pressed charges. The response people gave? Basically they were defending the doctor and saying that the guy was probably just afraid he'd enjoy it. WTF?

Stuff like this makes me sick. This is why sexual assault on boys and men is so under reported. It's the, "Oh he has a cock, so he enjoyed it" argument.

That is exactly what I was saying the other day. If you watch 'True Blood' the american supernatural cable show. One character on there was gang raped repeatedly by a group of women. We had to watch him orgasm and everything, which made me extremely uncomfortable. They would have never showed a female like that, even though many females do experience an orgasm during an assault.... Its too humiliating and digusting to even think about. There was no after math of the rape, it was just glazed over. I expected them to do atleast some type of therapy for the character, which is what they did when a female character got raped last season. But, no. No hiding, no therapy, no scenes of him cryings, they kind of seemed like they made a joke about it. I love the show, but I have really strong reservations about watching it when it comes back on. It was last season and it still makes me angry.

According to my ex b/f he did it to many of our friends when they spent the night at my house. I told him that was gross, because it was basically rape and he was a cop.

Report the beast. Cops have to be held to the highest standard.

Better have proof. A cop's word is always > the word of a "civilian"

I waited until he got promoted to Chief... then got him fired. He then became "too gay to function" as one movie put it and is now 35 and working low end retail. :-)

No he got fired for doing illegal acts. Although in his last job he did get fired for being gay I guess you could say. HE got caught having sex with an inmate  Darn security cameras haven't been in place for decades or anything......

Serves him right

Yep. I could have went A LOT further but I didn't have 100% proof on somethings.

Yeah it's possible. It's very risky and possibly illegal depending on the situation, but it can happen. And they really don't have to be blackout drunk/drugged up either.

It's a good thing for a number of members that the admin isn't required to report admissions of sexual assault.

It's a good thing also for thess guys that some of the admins apparently think sexual assault is a turn on or a thing of comedy.

I wouldn't bet on it. I know at least two mods who who love to boot people whjo make it sound positive. And if you look at the stories forum, nothing like it is allowed with one exception: if the perp in the story is NOT a hero, and is preferable hung, revived, roasted at the stake and revived, then drawn and quartered and the remains tossed in a sewer.

But they tread carefully around mere expressions of opinions (though if you think any post is over the line, report it).

Sodomy is considered any penetrative sex act except vaginal intercourse. Oral and anal sex are both considered sodomy, so "oral sodomy" is just differentiating between the two.

Sucking dick, nibbling balls, and licking the genital region are all "oral sodomy" in many state laws as are the reverse. So in places, if you give a 17-y.o. a blow job, you'll get charged with oral sodomy (even if you've been drugged and he has a gun to your head).
