I do love ballet boys. In fact I keep dancing ballet at school.
Do you guys love it? Or any other kind of dancing guys? And let's see if you have any hot pics of them

The discipline they have and the pain they endure for art is what attracts me to them.

I adore the men in ballet. Not so much for their bodies, as for their talent and serious dedication. I miss watching the ballet rehearsals on Lincoln Road in South Beach.
Does anyone else think the second photo looks a bit like MJ from MTV's Real World: Philadelphia?

10 Reasons To Date A Dancer
1. we've mastered 5 positions professionally
2.we have perfect technique, good rhythm, and great hip rotation
3.we're used to having bruises on our knees
4.we're used to performing in minimal amounts of clothing
5.we're perfectionists: theyll keep going until they hit it
6.we can shake it like no other
7.after a quick intermission we're ready to go at it again
8.we don't mind getting hot and sweaty
9.undergarments are not necessary when we are to perform
10.one word..FLEXIBILITY
I loved dance classes in school. One small changing room for several guys--lots of cocks in and out of dance belts...I will miss those days.

Nude ballet sparks national outrage, erections
The world's first partly nude ballet production of Romeo and Juliet has sparked an avalanche of complaints from women's and religious groups across Australia.
The Russian National Ballet will perform Romeo and Juliet - with nude scenes - for the first time in its World's Greatest Ballets program set to debut in Australia next month.
But the prospect of Shakespeare's star-crossed lovers flashing the flesh in "bedroom scenes for the new millennium" has triggered an outcry from moral conservatives, the ballet's Australian promoter Graham Hutchison said.

Born on Saint Patrick's day 1938, Rudolf Nureyev would have celebrated his sixty seventh birthday this year. He died in 1993. You can learn more of this immense talent and the heritage he left behind by visiting this tribute web site.

Yep, growing up I was fascinated by boys performing in their footed white tights. So beautifully defined were all the muscles in their thighs, calves, and buttocks. It drove me nuts seeing all that moving around in front of me, I would always get a boner even just thinking about ballet boys!
Oh, and I so can't understand why nowadays guys are required to only wear black tights in class (not on stage).

Billy Elliot The Musical is supposed to be extremely great: I've got the CD, it's fab. i'm rambling.

Hi theareboi!
Thanks for bringing this to the top.
It's nice to see old threads (especially hot ones) resurrected! This one began life almost exactly one year ago.
There are some sweet pix here and I rather fancy THIS (http://photos.imageevent.com/johnw/jub3/icons/aaaballet.jpg) one!

My impression is that most male ballet dancers (s. ballerino, p. ballerini(?) fyi) are gay. However, some of the biggest stars (Gudonov, Barishnakov) were/are notorious womanizers, as was Balanchine, who made a point of screwing every ballerina in his troupe.

^that's very true. There was a different thread somewhere where we debated this at some point. i believe that as far as the majority of people who danced knew, most male ballet dancers are straight. It's odd, but i've actually known very few gay ones.

Ballet is an underdeveloped form of art, VERY underdeveloped... itīs pathetic to watch anyone working so hard to present such crude productions.

^what?! I don't know what ballets or companies you've seen, but I have to disagree soooo much. Ballet is a beautiful artform that's been developing and changing for the past couple hundred years. If you've not seen the Kirov, Joffrey, or Bolshoi ballet companies, then you really have little basis for judgement. Granted, some of their new works are not good at all, but they're usually experimental and too modern dance -ish. I seriously suggest that you get to somewhere where you can see the Bolshoi's "Don Quixote" or the Joffrey's "The Nutcracker."

I love Ballet so much! Before I became a huge drunk I used to support the National Ballet of Wales and get to go and meet the dancers. It was so hot. Give me a Ballet boy any day of the week.

I used to be a dancer, and i was in a couple of productions and sometimes the guys would have to do quick change backstage, and i would alwasy (as discreetly as possible) watch them do the quick changes. A lot of male dancers are hot.

Well, I guess if you had only heard palestrinas and vitorias it would be hard for you to conceive mozarts and beethovens.

In the Soviet era, Russian boys took up ballet and/or figure skating in the same way and passion that their European and Latino counter-parts took to football (soccer).
Nureyev took up ballet to lay boys.

Did anyone see that Roberto Bolle article in the Sunday New York Times? Unbelievable picture, wish I could find it online . . . anyway, didn't know anything about him, but this was the ONLY thread that mentions him. He was wearing overalls . . .

I'm a ballet dancer and don't enjoy anything more than seeing professional male dancers on stage. I totally disagree with the post above and think that male ballet dancers are the epitome of what manhood should be. Very prideful, strong men -- who turn for ages and jump through the heavens -- yet graceful and caring in the presence of a woman. Of course, pas de duex was first created for two male dancers, so the same applies to the presence of a man. XD

I've dated one ballet dancer and had another longtime BF who was a dancer - I love muscular legs and butts.
A friend of mine in NYC was a high-priced call boy, and Nureyev hired him for stud service. I guess that was more efficient than going to the baths.
