Generally, I wear the cock I was born with. However I've found that it can be convienient to wear a much smaller cock when being very active. The metal ones are easiest to put on by putting your balls thru the ring first, and then your soft cock. Then when you get hard your cock will stay harder longer. It's kind of uncomfortable to wear underwear if you wear cockrings under jeans, shorts, singlets, or whatever.
