Also, it should not do damage to your kidneys since the kidneys are used to filtering waste all of the time. An exception would be someone who already has a failing kidney system.

August 06, 2008 - 19:34:48i actually think i heard some doctor say on oprah (yeah i know...oprah) that you can drink you urine 7 times before it becomes to toxic for your body (which could very well be incorrect) but the guy who got his arm stuck in a gorge with his arm between the boulder and the gorge wall had to drink his pee, and they said it had just enough water to keep him alive...
