May 02, 2008 - 17:28:08Jay - you definitely have the genes for a big, muscled build. talk to the nutritionist and the trainer at your gym - you need to reduce a bit of the pudge-factor by reducing your body-fat. Of course, where it counts, your pudge-factor is fine, I'd help you reduce your fluids when that certain organ gets "pudgy" as you show us here.
