Shep, many people have medical fantasies... probably because they have memories of being nude (or nearly nude) while being examined by doctors... and they enjoy imagining how it would be to have that medical professional sensing and acting on that erotic energy. I agree, that it seem like there is no imagination in these "exam" videos... it's like a one-trick pony... but it's a REALLY good trick (for those who appreciate this genre).
