And I think the "fuck you" gesture with his middle finger is not an insult to us (the viewer) but a "fuck you" to anyone who doesn't approve of what he did. It's a tongue-in-cheek bad-boy attitude thing... a demonstration of their defiant confidence.

I'd turn this dirty boy over so fast (well first I'd put him in a bath with lots of soap and ask him to scrub his skin with turpentine) and then 'fuck him' real hard just to teach him some manners!!!
