This interview with Argentina model Tommy Lima was conducted in June, 2007. Tommy assets were clearly noticed by others than just me, as he went on to garner a "Best Newcomer" nomination from GayVN in January 2008. Tommy is currently an exclusive model for Alexander Pictures.

A scant two years ago, if a model was hot, hot, Hot overseas, an enterprising American porn studio would import him to the states, hand him a contract, and turn on the cameras. Then along came Attorney General John Ashcroft, who unilaterally issued a "reinterpretation" of the laws permitting adult entertainers to work in the United States. Ashcroft's successor, Alberto Gonzales, issued an even more draconian interpretation of the law. So now, models from other lands must remain in those other lands, unless a studio wants to go to them (which Michael Lucas makes a point of doing.)

Tommy, give us some basic facts first: age, height, weight, cock size, education.
Well, I am 26 years old. My height is 1.80 meters (6.0 ft), my weight is 74 kgs (165 lbs) and my cock size is 21 x 5 cm (8 inches). My education is high school.

Where were you born? Where do you live now?
I was born and grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina and right now I am in Spain for work.

What languages do you speak?
I speak Spanish and basic English.

What is your regular occupation?
Right now I just work as an escort and model for Alexander Pictures.

How do you keep your body in such good condition?
I go to the gym three times a week for two hours. It is not that difficult, and thank god I don't need diets or supplements by now (LOL)

Are you in a relationship? If so, how is the relationship impacted by your work in adult films?
Yes I do have a partner, and for many reasons I prefer to hide my profession from him. Sometimes it's hard to keep hiding but so far everything seems good.

How many adult films have you made? Have they all been gay films?
I will say around 15 and all of them were gay. My last four movies were made by Alexander Pictures.

How did you come to make your first adult film?
It's a funny story. I sent my portfolio by mistake to a company that was looking for guys to do pictures and videos. When I showed up, they explained that I was required to pose nude and perform in solo videos. I was surprised, but I accepted because it sounded like fun. Later, that company offered me work having sex with guys, so I accepted and I'm still doing it.

What do you like about making adult films? What don't you like about it? How long would you like to continue doing it?
I do love the male body so much and I'm happy with my work, plus I think it is a good experience working for the adult industry — it's so different than a normal job. I do particularly like working with Alexander Pictures recently. I will work with Alexander only for now. What I don't like is when I have to work with someone who is very serious or very blocked. I don't feel comfortable with those situations but that's part of my work too.

Are you well known enough to be recognized in public?
No. All the films that I did are from Europe or the U.S.A., so people here in Argentina don't know about me. Well. I hope so. (LOL)

What do you do for hobbies, recreation and entertainment?
Well I love music so much and the Internet. I can spend all day at the computer and hearing my favorite singer, Thalia.

What's your idea of the perfect sexual encounter?
I will say, it should happen in the disco, because I love the music and dancing and if I see one person whose hot dancing turns me on, plus I like all that smell, then I would want to know just his name and go to his apartment and have a lot of fun all night long.

Are you more of a hedonist or a romantic?
I think the best lover would have a very good balance in both; that's why I always try to balance it.

Tell me about the "XXX" tattoo on your arm.
The triple X is always related to prohibited things so that's why I decided to use it, because I can be something prohibited but you will always have the desire. (LOL)

How did you get the name Tommy Lima?
That's something the producers picked and it sounded good.

Do you watch your films? How closely does the finished product reflect what you were feeling when you made that scene?
I prefer not to watch the movies I perform in. I feel so strange looking at myself having sex but I do enjoy making them. My most enjoyable movie was one in which I enter a hotel and watch a lot of people having sex in different rooms, then finally I have sex, too, in the last scene.
